Today the Ten Commandments or Decalogue are being forcibly removed from schools, government institutions and other public places. Having no Moral law taught or displayed cannot be without repercussions as we now find sex, pornography, violence and crime have become accepted as normality in television, movies, music and the internet. If all this moral decay isn't disturbing enough, we now observe Christian organizations with their internet sites exhorting that we no longer have to observe the Ten Commandments. Some of these web sites not only attack the validity of the Ten Commandments but also condemn other Churches that do teach loving obedience to the law as Jesus Christ instructed. A few decades ago, anyone claiming the law was abolished was accused of antinomianism. Yet today, we see more and more Christians embracing the thought of not having to obey the Ten Commandments at all. To keep or not to keep? This has become the pivotal issue as we approach the closing crisis of Earth's history.

How can we Know the Ten Commandments Bible Truth?

Some Christians have even been heard saying, “The Holy Spirit told me we don't need to obey the Ten Commandments any more.” With so many contradictory teachings, how can one possibly know what is really true or false in regards to the Ten Commandments? There is of course only one way and that is the Holy Bible. God's Spirit will never tell us anything that is contrary to His Word. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Hebrews 13:8. The Holy Spirit of God will always be in harmony with the Holy Word of God. The Bible is and should always be our final authority. 2 Timothy 3:16. Pushing aside all other areas of confusion for the moment, let's go straight to the end of the story and read the final word on what the Holy Bible says in regards to the Ten Commandments. Note from these easy to understand eschatological verses who enters the city gates of heaven and eats from the tree of life and who does not.
Revelation 22:14-15 “Blessed are they that do his Commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.”
Many people today are no longer looking for truth, but instead they are looking for a smooth, easy, comfortable religion that will allow them to live the way they please and still give assurance of salvation. There is indeed no true religion that can do that for them. One will say the Ten Commandments are a law of love guiding us in how to love God and man. Another will say there is now a new law in Christ and all we have to do is love one another. And yet still others will say the Ten Commandments are now nine Commandments or that they were all nailed to the cross. If all we have to do is love God with all our heart and our neighbour as ourselves, does this mean we can take the Lord's name in vain, worship idols or even deny God the quality time of praise and worship He wants from us on His Holy day? What about others; does it mean we can lie, steal, murder, disrespect our parents or sleep with another's spouse? If one loves God with all their heart and others as themselves, they will be obeying every single one of the Ten Commandments. This is why Jesus said in Matthew 22:40 after quoting these Old Testament words that ALL the law hang on these two Commandments. Some think the words of Jesus here exclude the fourth Commandment but Jesus was quoting from Deuteronomy 6:5 which reads, “And you shall love the LORD your God with all thine heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.” Did loving God with all thine heart include the fourth Commandment then? There can be no doubt. Deuteronomy 6:5 is just seventeen verses after the second reading of the Ten Commandments. See also FAQ 6 or the great Commandment.

Have the Ten Commandments been Changed?

Speaking of the fourth Commandment, how many Churches today know that Revelation 13:2 states that Satan through pagan Rome would give power and authority to a Church that changed the Ten Commandments? About four hundred years ago every single Protestant Church knew this yet today Satan has succeeded in having almost all lose this truth. Our adversary's primary goal was to have them change the fourth Commandment which Daniel 7:25 informs us would happen. Satan had purpose in this and over 65,000,000 Christian saints were murdered and tortured as heretics during the dark ages and yet most people today have no idea why. Jesus while referring to the Ten Commandments also used these straightforward and easy to understand words. In John 14:15, He quotes from the second of the Ten Commandments, “If you love me, keep my Commandments.” and in John 15:10, “If you keep my Commandments, you shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's Commandments, and abide in his love.” Jesus obeyed the Fathers Commandments and He asks us to demonstrate our love for Him by doing the same. We also find in 1 John 2:4, “He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his Commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” The words of this last verse are something to consider very seriously. For instance. What are the implications of not observing the Ten Commandments considering that Jesus and the Word are truth? John 14:6; 17:17.
Note that all these verses use the Greek word entole (pronounced en-tol-ay) that is always used for the Ten Commandments in the New Testament, thus one can easily see how God feels about our loving obedience to His law. 1 John 5:3 “For this is the love of God, that we keep his Commandments: and his Commandments are not grievous.”

According to NEMA, over the past three years "more than 65% of such farmers have already migrated to the southern parts of Nigeria, fearing that the insecurity to both lives and property, including their farmlands and livestock". Productions of rice, beans, corn and onions have been the worst hit, but fishing in the Lake Chad area, one of the few options local populations have to integrate and vary their diet, was also affected. On the occasion of the presentation of this report, NEMA senior officials said they had been urged by Nigerian security forces to prepare, a humanitarian plan, working in coordination with the United Nations, in order not to be caught off-guard if the forecast turns out to be accurate. . .

12. The hormones released while we have sex helps both men and women; estrogen protects a woman's heart but on the long term, it can be efficient also against Alzheimer's disease and osteoporosis while testosterone strengthens the bones and muscles.

13. Sex is not beneficial not only for the heart, but also for the blood circulation, especially in the brain, because of the increased heart rate and deep breathing.

14. The sexual activity lowers the risk of getting colds and the flu. 1-2 intercourses weekly means 30 % higher levels of the antibody immunoglobulin A, that spurs the immune system.

15. Sex leads to a better control of the bladder, by strengthening the pelvis muscles controlling the flow of urine.

16. After orgasm, especially in the evening, we become sleepy. This is the effect of some good sex: it increases sleep quality. Following an orgasm, the body of both males or females becomes completely relaxed, so they may have a good deep sleep.

17. Sex fights cancer! Various researches have shown that a high ejaculation frequency and sexual activity are linked to a lower risk of prostate cancer later in life. A study found out that men who ejaculated 13 to 20 times monthly presented a 14% lower risk of prostate cancer than men who ejaculated on average, between 4 and 7 times monthly for most of their adult life. Those ejaculating over 21 times a month presented a 33% decreased risk of developing prostate cancer than the baseline group.

The North-East zone of the PDP rejects the President's choice of national chairman
President Goodluck Jonathan was served a huge dose of political humiliation today as governors from the North-East geo-political zone conspired to reject his anointed candidate for the national chairmanship of the governing Peoples Democratic Party.
The national chairmanship position has been zoned to the North-East.
At the PDP zonal congress in Bauchi, which ended a while ago, Mr. Jonathan's candidate for the position, Bamanga Tukur, was defeated by a far younger and less popular Musa Babayo, who was the immediate acting national secretary of the party.
Mr. Babayo scored 14 delegate votes to Mr. Tukur's two.
Mr. Jonathan has worked hard in the past weeks to rally zonal and national support for Mr. Tukur, a septugenarian, who believe the top PDP position should be for the elderly.
Announcing the result in Bauchi, the outgoing National Vice Chairman, North-East, Paul Wampana, said a former Ministers of Interior, Shettima Mustapha and Federal Capital Territory, Ibrahim Bunu also scored two votes each.
Others, such as the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Rufai Ahmed Alkali, and a former governor of Bauchi State, Ahmed Adamu Muazu, scored one vote each.

Senator Girgiri Lawan from Borno State was elected as Mr. Wampana’s successor.
Governors Ibrahim Dankwambo of Gombe, Murtala Nyako (Adamawa) Danbaba Suntai (Taraba) and host, Isa Yuguda (Bauchi) were all on hand to lead delegates from their states to reject the president’s choice.
It is not yet clear if Mr. Tukur, who is tipped to emerge chairman, would withdraw from the race, having been defeated in his home zone. But he is at liberty to remain in the race until the convention to see if other zones would vote for him.
His spokesperson could not immediately be reached for comments.
Sources informed Premium Times that Mr. Tukur may have paid the price of refusing to participate in both the ward and state congresses held in his native Adamawa State, leading the delegates to conclude that he was not bothered about what goes on at the grassroots level of the party.
In what was clearly his most obvious public show of support for the aspiration of Mr. Tukur, a former governor of the old Gongola state, Mr. Goodluck Jonathan had on March 12 met with governors of states in the North-east geopolitical zone alongside Mr. Tukur.
But even after the meeting the governor of Mr. Tukur home state of Adamawa, Murtala Nyako, refused to give any public endorsement to the aspiration of the chairmanship candidate.

ABUJA – A Federal High Court in Abuja, Wednesday, fixed April 27 to deliver judgment in a suit seeking to compel the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, and the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF, to disclose how the $12.4 billion oil windfall money that accrued to the Federal Government between 1988 and 1994, was spent.
The suit was filed before the High Court by six civil society groups led by the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project, SERAP, under the Fundamental Rights (Enforcement Procedure) Rules 2009.
Though the judgment has been stalled since last year when hearing was concluded on the matter, however, Justice Gabriel Kolawole, today, ordered all the parties to appear on the next adjourned date to re-adopt their processes to enable him to give verdict on the case.
Specifically, the plaintiffs beseeched the court for “an order of mandamus compelling the respondents, individually and/or collectively, to publish detailed statement of account relating to the spending of $12.4 billion oil windfall between 1988 and 1994, and to publish in major national newspapers a copy of the statement of account.”

It would be recalled that in 1994, the Federal Government constituted the Pius Okigbo Panel with a mandate to investigate the activities of the CBN and recommend measures for the re-organization of the apex bank.
In the course of its assignment, the Okigbo Panel reportedly uncovered that about $12.4 billion that was reserved in the ‘Dedicated and Special Accounts’, was depleted to $200 million by June 1994.
Consequent upon the alleged mismanagement of the said $12.4 billion by the then military Head of State, General Ibrahim Babangida, the investigative Panel, recommended an immediate discontinuance of the said ‘Dedicated and Special Accounts’.
In their suit however, the plaintiffs further pleaded the court to order the respondents to not only prosecute anyone indicted by the report, but to also recoup the money from them and return same to the national treasury.

Subjects Lost 3,990% More Weight — But That's Not the Best Part

According to a recent study published in the scientific journal Lipids in Health and Disease, men and women supplementing with African Mango extract for just 28 days lost an astonishing 3,990% more weight than those taking a placebo (8.9 lbs vs. 0.22 lbs).¹

Beyond the weight loss, the volunteers taking African Mango extract 30 minutes before meals lost a stunning average of 2.4 inches from their waistlines as well as 1.8 inches from their hips — and the reduction in pounds and inches isn't even African Mango's greatest benefit, according to researchers.

However, desperate slimmers should be aware of African Mango products that use "proprietary blends" and don't list the specific amount of the active ingredient (irvingia) contained in each capsule. Experts warn that it's a well-known ploy that some manufacturers sell watered down versions of products that contain insignificant amounts of the active ingredient.⁶

Also don't be duped by products which also contain all kinds of other herbal ingredients that have not been tested scientifically, because these other ingredients can be potentinally harmful.⁶

WOW, that means the date and time correlates with the triple power sacred number of 11:11:11.
The number 11 correlates with the letter K as in KKK = 11:11:11.
1+1+1+1+1+1 = 6; 11+11+11 = 33.
Also, 6+6 = 12, 3×7 = 21; the day and month 12/21 or, = 1+2+2+1 = 6 which adds 666 to the mix, from the month of 12.
The day of 21 is a multiple of 7×3 that signifies a time of complement.
2+1+2 = 5, the number of death; the year 2012. But, not the “end of the world” but the death of an old age into a new—the new world order.
All the numbers of the Occult are related to 2012; 3, 5, 6, 7, 11, 22, and 33 = 11:11:11.
So the day and month relate to 6 and to 666 (covertly), the year relates to 5 (death), and the time of the solstice relates to the power number of 11 doubled (activation). And, the day relates to 7 (time of complement). And, most importantly the entire dates adds to 11 that creates the triple 11:11:11 and adds to 33 (Illuminati Mason Pyramid of the 33*).

All the numbers of the Occult are involved with the 2012 syndrome. But, what is the meaning, and the deception behind 2012?

11:11 signifies the activation of a “new beginning”. Aquarius is associated with the astrological 11th house, the “water bearer”, a possibility of entering into the “Age of Aquarius”. The current age of Pisces, the two fish, possibly representing the battle between the darkness and the light of the last two thousand years. The Occult Serpent religion views a “death” and a new beginning as very important. Throughout the centuries the fertility worship of the spring equinox has held in place that dates all the way back to Sumer of 3500 BCE. Considering this history, the death of an old age, into a new age is extremely important, and this age will be the age of the dominance of the New World Order and the rise of the occult agenda. Using the numbers of 2012 dividing by 666, the number is 3.021021021021. 2+1 = 3, the prime numbers of the Occult.
2012 divide 6 = 335.33333333.
2012-666 = 1346; Interesting, the date when the black death plague began. In Europe the date of the Black Death is said to have commenced between 1346 and 1348 from many different sources. Even of the plague started in Europe in 1347, the virus migrated from the East.
Let’s go back further, 1346-666=680.
October 10 680 CE: or 22nd Safar, 61 Hijra [680 CE].

Miffed by the recurring security challenges in the country, the first civilian governor of Plateau State and pioneer National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Solomon Lar, yesterday, broke his silence on the issue, saying those behind the bombings were some unpatriotic Nigerians, who were using some non-Nigerians in the name of Boko Haram to terrorise the nation.
Lar, who spoke with journalists in Jos, Plateau State capital, after paying a sympathy visit to commiserate with the two churches which were recently attacked by the sect, said he had to cut short his medical trip to the United Kingdom on hearing of the attack. Lar attends the Church of Christ in Nigeria (COCIN), which was also bombed.

He said it was unfortunate that some politicians were bent on getting power to destroy the nation whether it was in the interest of the nation or not.

“But if they destroy the country, which one would they now rule over? If we destroy Nigeria as our country we would have nowhere to run to because no country will be able to take us. It will be worse than Tsunami,” he said.

He used the occasion to warn those bent on destroying the country’s unity, saying the nation was  not a failed state for some people to think that they can create chaos and get away with it.

He said the report of the federal government committee on Jos crisis he chaired has been submitted to the government, “if implemented, it will provide solutions to our problems as a country.”

He charged Nigerians, irrespective of religious or political affiliations to partner and fight terrorism.
Earlier at COCIN, Lar informed the leadership of the church that he was devastated to hear that the church he laid its foundation in 1980 was targeted for an attack.

He recalled that it was at COCIN that the likes of the former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Alhaji Balarabe Musa, late Alhaji Abubakar Rimi, Chief MKO Abiola, and others worshipped, despite their religious backgrounds, stating that the unity of the nation was not in doubt.

Earlier, President of COCIN, Mr. Soja Bewarang, had thanked Lar for the visit and stressed that the church would not be intimidated in any way as it would continue to pray for peace to reign.

Also at the office of the Catholic Arch Bishop, Ignatius Kaigama, Lar commiserated with the church over the St. Finbarr’s attack and urged the church to be strong and pray for lasting peace.

The Catholic Church Bishops conference, he added, was very active in the past saying the conference can help in bringing an end to these security challenges. Lar was accompanied in the visit by his wife, Ambassador Mary, and his aides.

Nigerian To Lead the World Bank

With just four days to go for nations to put forward nominees to lead the World Bank, the Minister of Finance and former Managing Director of the bank, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, is among the candidates being considered for the post of President of the global institution.

Reuters reported on Monday that the two most talked about names among developing countries for the top job were Okonjo-Iweala and the South African Planning Minister, Trevor Samuel.

It was gathered that the developing and emerging market economies were currently in consultations on putting forward names of non-United States candidates.

The dilemma for developing regions, according to the report, however, is finding candidates willing to come forward in a race in which the outcome is felt to be pre-ordained.

However, former Indonesian Finance minister and current World Bank Managing Director, Sri Mulyani Indrawati, and Mexico’s Central Bank Governor, Agustin Carstens, have ruled themselves out.

World Bank board sources were also quoted as saying that there were talks underway about the possibility of appointing a candidate from a developing or emerging economy to head the bank’s private-sector lender, the International Finance Corporation.

IFC’s chief executive officers have mainly been European.

The United States has held the presidency of the bank since its founding after World War II, while a European has always led its sister institution, the International Monetary Fund.

But Washington has yet to publicly identify a candidate and some observers think the delay could signal that the White House is having a hard time convincing possible candidates to take the job.

The White House and Treasury Department have declined to comment.

Sources with knowledge of the administration’s thinking said the hope was to convince a woman to enter the race to replace Robert Zoellick, who has said he will step down when his term expires at the end of June.

Naming a woman could go some way to address calls from emerging-market nations for a change in the status quo. A woman has never led the bank.

Arewa Youths Forum,AYF, yesterday, demanded an apology from all their leaders who have ruled the country at one time or the other for neglecting the region while they were in power.
This was the outcome of an emergency meeting in Kaduna, which was attended by Muslim and Christian youths as well as those in the diaspora.
A statement signed by its Chairman, Gambo Gajonju, said: “The meeting extensively discussed the various circumstances the North has found itself, and recent much noise about positions of past Nigerian leaders from the North, i.e. Generals Ibrahim Babangida, Abdulsalam Abubakar, Atiku Abubakar, and several others regarding the avoidable quagmire our region is shamelessly trapped into.
“We are at the bottom of every index ranging from health, education, social amenities, and several other sectors. Worst of our woes is the insecurity ravaging the North. It is against this background that we made the following position.
“That all Northern leaders who held several positions, i.e. Generals Ibrahim Babangida and Abdulsalam Abubakar, and others who have got golden opportunities of turning our region for good but did not should know and accept much of the blame.
“Northerners and the world need explanation as to what led the North to the rot it is today. It was not magic but man-made as a result of deliberate manipulation of religion, self-enrichment and pervasive corruption our leaders adopted to the detriment of the larger peoples of the North.
“Finally, all past and present leaders of Northern extraction should as a matter of morality and sincerity apologise to the North first. Because we got to the mess we are in due to their insensitivity, and approach to governance, which was contrary to the principles of our leader, Sir Ahmadu Bello.
According to the statement, “What the North, Nigeria at large need is not noise or elite gathering, and eating from woes of the region. What we need is practicable good governance on the basis of unity, justice, equity, oneness and togetherness”.

LAGOS—The shape of the next national executive of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP was at the weekend being fine tuned after various interest groups in the party including governors struck a deal with President Goodluck Jonathan.
At the heart of the agreement is the adoption of the President’s list of aspirants for the national executive with the concession of the offices of Deputy National Chairman and National Secretary for the Governors.

Meanwhile, contention for the position of National Secretary was yesterday boiling over in the Southwest to which the office is zoned to with major stakeholders in the region taking position against President Olusegun Obasanjo. Obasanjo according to sources in the party has already nominated two persons for the position sparking speculations that the former President was playing a game of intrigues that could see him produce a last minute joker.
Meanwhile, party stakeholders from the Southeast Zone led by former Vice-President Alex Ekwueme in a departure from tradition yesterday adopted erstwhile National Vice-Chairman Olisa Metuh and Ambassador Kema Chikwe for the positions of National Publicity Secretary and National Woman Leader respectively.
PDP Governors were the major surprise in the weekend decision to massively queue behind the President’s list contrary to the views canvassed by some insiders in Aso Rock that the Governors were out to sabotage the President.
The agreement Vanguard learnt yesterday was set up to ensure harmony in the party and prevent possible rift on the convention ground.
One Governor who facilitated the agreement confirmed yesterday:
“Governors as loyal party members are in agreement with the President’s desire on the new exco and we are working towards realizing his objective. We will not do anything to oppose the desire of the President on the new exco,” the Governor reiterated.
Party sources reiterated yesterday that second republic Governor of old Gongola State and erstwhile helmsman of the Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA Alhaji Bamanga Tukur was sustaining his position as the top favourite on the President’s list for the position of national chairman of the party.
His aspiration was said to have been accepted by the majority of Governors especially those from outside Tukur’s Northeast base.
His rivals were, however, not giving up on their aspiration despite the reported endorsement of Tukur by the presidency.
“It is all rumour and it is being spread by the Tukur group,” the campaign manager of one of Tukur’s rivals told Vanguard yesterday as he reiterated that Governors and major stakeholders from Tukur’s home region in the Northeast were all against him.

Post of Secretary rocks S-West caucus

The position for the National Secretary was also inspiring serious contention following the reported adoption of erstwhile Governor of Osun State, Chief Olagunsoye Oyinlola for the position.
Oyinlola Vanguard learnt was being backed by former President Obasanjo against the desire of some other major stakeholders from the zone.
Before Oyinola, erstwhile Minister of Transport from Osun State Chief Ebenezer Babatope and outgoing national legal adviser of the party, Chief Olusola Oke were yesterday said to be in hot contention for the position which has attracted eleven candidates.
A group of Southwest leaders nevertheless met yesterday in Ikoyi where they adopted Babatope for the position of national secretary.

S-East presents consensus candidate

Meanwhile, the South East Zonal Caucus of the party including Governors, members of the National Assembly and leading party stakeholders rose from a meeting in Enugu yesterday agreeing to present consensus candidates for the various National Working Committee, NWC positions zoned to the South East by the party’s national leadership.
Those adopted by the caucus to occupy various positions in the NWC are Chief Methu, as National Publicity Secretary from Anambra State; Dr. Chikwe, National Women Leader from Imo State; Col. Austin Akobundu (rtd), National Vice Chairman, South East zone from Abia State and Barrister Solomon Onwe, Deputy National Secretary from Ebonyi State, among others.
Former Vice President, Dr. Alex Ekwueme, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha and the acting Zonal Chairman of the party, Ali Odefa who spoke on the outcome of the closed door meeting held at the Enugu Governor’s lodge, said that the caucus unanimously agreed on the various candidates that would fill the positions zoned to the South East.
“We have just had meeting of the South East zonal caucus to sort out position on various offices zoned to the South East by the national leadership of the party in furtherance of the ongoing congress and convention of the party and everything was resolved amicably. So we are looking forward to the convention at the end of the week. The South East is going to the convention as one body,” Dr Ekwueme told reporters after the meeting.
On his part, Ihedioha said the meeting was very successful saying the caucus holistically resolved on a number of candidates put forward for the positions zoned to the South East namely the National Publicity Secretary, National Woman Leader, Deputy National Secretary and Deputy National Organizing secretary. “We have agreed unanimously on all the candidates from the South East without any dissent,” he said.
Acting National Vice Chairman of the party, South East, Obasi Ali Odefa also told reporters that the caucus had ratified all candidates nominated by various states for the positions zoned to the South East by the national leadership , adding that the candidates were formally adopted by the zonal caucus.
He said that other contestants for the various national positions were subject to the agreement of the zonal caucus which supersedes any other decision, adding that the decision of the caucus would be formally ratified at the zonal congress of the party holding in Enugu on Wednesday.

The former National Vice Chairman, South East who was adopted for the National Publicity Secretary, Chief Olisa Metuh said he was humbled by the overwhelming decision of the zonal leaders of the party, saying such a unanimous decision by the zone “to go to the National convention with adopted candidates has never happened in the history of the PDP in the South East and to God be the glory.”
The caucus meeting was attended by Deputy Senate President, Chief Ike Ekweremadu, Former vice president, Dr. Alex Ekwueme, Governors of the South East states, members of the National Assembly from the zone, Speakers of the Houses of Assembly in the zone among others.
